BollyFit transforms the traditional aerobics class by incorporating several Indian (mainly Bollywood) dance styles and steps to give you a basic hi-low impact along with heavy cardio experience. You should expect a full-body workout using repetitions to focus on a muscle group and variations to get you out of your comfort zone. We finish all of our classes with a stretch and cool down.
While Bollywood music comprises of the majority of the class, do not be surprised to have a few Tollywood, Hollywood, or Asian rhythms in the mix. The motto is to give each participant a good workout and lot of joy craving for the next class before the current one finishes.
All of our instructors are either AFAA/ NASM certified for GroupX training or have several years of dance experience/ training.
We understand that everyone's fitness level is different and we respect that. We encourage you to take the class at your own pace and use the variations. We want you to enjoy the class and feel successful, whatever your goal is for the day. We will encourage you to challenge yourself but you decide how much you want to go further.
